Stack Escape: Lava Climb · Last updated 17 October 2026
This policy explains how Stack Escape: Lava Climb handles information in the current mobile release.
Offline play and local data
The game can be played offline. Level progress, coins, settings, missions, rewards, scores and cosmetic unlocks are stored in private app storage on the player's device.
Guest and provider profiles
Guest profiles remain on the device. If a player voluntarily uses Google or Apple sign-in, the provider may return an account identifier, display name, email address and profile image so the game can create a Firebase Authentication account. Stack Escape does not receive or store the player's Google or Apple password.
Avatar photos
A photo selected as a profile avatar is copied into private local app storage. The current release does not upload that photo to a developer-operated server.
Cloud saves
For signed-in players, level progress, coins, scores, missions, rewards, settings, boosts, achievements and cosmetic unlocks are stored in Google Cloud Firestore under the player's Firebase user ID. This information is used to save and restore progress across devices. Guest progress is not uploaded.
Advertising
The game uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded advertisements to resume after a failed climb, and full-screen interstitial advertisements when a player selects Instant Restart after dying. A restart proceeds immediately if no interstitial is available, and otherwise proceeds after the advertisement is dismissed. Players are not required to click an advertisement or earn a reward to restart. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process an IP address to estimate general location, device or advertising identifiers, advertisements viewed, ad interactions and video views, as well as crash, diagnostic and performance information. Google may use this information to provide, measure, protect and improve advertising services. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosure.
Advertising choices
The game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to check consent requirements and present advertising privacy messages where required before requesting advertisements. Players can review available choices through Settings → Advertising privacy. Contextual or non-personalised advertisements still process limited information such as approximate location and advertising diagnostics. Where personalised advertising is permitted, advertising partners may use device identifiers and activity for personalised advertising and measurement. On iOS, tracking and access to the advertising identifier require Apple's tracking permission. Refusing tracking does not prevent core gameplay. Message availability depends on regional requirements and the messages configured for the app.
Diagnostics and analytics
The game does not currently use Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics. Google AdMob may process limited advertising-related diagnostics, including non-user-related crash logs and user-associated performance information such as app launch time, hang rate or energy use. Internal gameplay and balancing events remain on the device unless a future release clearly discloses and enables an external analytics service.
Purchases
No real-money purchase provider is active in the current release. If purchases are introduced later, this policy and the relevant store privacy declarations will be updated before release. Stack Escape does not currently collect payment-card information.
Data we do not collect
The game does not collect Google or Apple passwords, payment-card details, contacts, precise GPS location, health or fitness data, voice recordings, private messages, or browsing and search history. There is no public chat or active online leaderboard in the current release.
Data retention and deletion
Players can use Settings → Reset progress to reset gameplay progress. Signing out disconnects Google or Apple while retaining a local copy. Signed-in players can use Settings → Delete account to reauthenticate and permanently delete their Firebase Authentication account and Firestore cloud save. See the account deletion instructions. Clearing the app's storage or deleting the app removes private local data, subject to device and store backup behaviour.
Children and safety
The game does not provide open chat, direct messaging or public user-generated content. Guest play is available, so provider sign-in is not required. Advertising shown to children or users whose age requires special treatment must follow the applicable platform, consent and advertising-provider requirements.
Website hosting
These information pages are delivered using Firebase Hosting. Google may process standard technical request information needed to deliver the pages. Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore provide optional signed-in profiles and cloud saves, and Google AdMob provides rewarded and restart advertisements.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the game or its services change. The date shown above identifies the current version.
